Welcome to New Land Community Center/AACS!
New Land Community Center is under the sponsorship of Asian-American Consulting Services, Inc. (AACS). AACS was founded in 1988 as a volunteer organization to serve the needs of Vietnamese living in New York City. Unlike most foreign nationals, the Vietnamese have not had an embassy or consulate representative to help them with the inherent problems of living abroad. AACS fulfulls some of the services normally performed by those officials.
AACS was formally incorporated as a non-profit corporation in 1992, and subsequently granted federal exemption status under IRS 501(c)(3).
New Land provides multi services, which are not limited to the Vietnamese Community. We do offer support services to other cultural communities including Laosian, Cambodian, Korean, Indian, Chinese, Latino, Central European, etc.
